I fell in love with this house 4 years ago. 

Currently nobody lives in here, just me i my dreams

Pentecost - Pfingsten

what sunny, precious 3 days off from working we had. 3 days almost completely spent outside, visiting new and old places,
meeting friends and new people, hunting for old treasures and enjoying good food.

dreaming of going on a looooong journey

everything felt so alive, beside this little dog (had to make sure that he was just relaxing)

Hope you all spent some good days too!
Oh and thank you for your latest, encouraging comments on my paper cuts!
They mean a lot to me!!!

Back to work now...

paper portrait

a dear friend of mine just turned 40. Not only is he a very smart guy and talented Graphic designer,
 he also is one the most consequent persons I know, when it comes to style. As far as I can remember
 I only saw him once not wearing black, but instead dark olive...

I made a mini paper portrait of him as a little gift.

Jutta, my studio mate is still recovering from a sporting accident she had in December. Working alone in the studio
can be a lonely thing.

But yesterday Rike came for a visit. We spent some lovely hours talking and eating muffins she had baked.
Refreshing!

I met a crocodile on wheels
besides some aliens, hiding behind a window and not easily to catch

 Saturday I visited the textile market Tuchfuehlung at Schloss Luentenbeck for the first time.
Situated in an old castle, it was very atmospheric

Baenderei Kafka also had a stall there and it was nice to see the Britain ribbons applied to garment and
home decor

Next to the castle was a house I fell in love with

can you see, he is movable again (like these guys before) and I´m especially happy about his
swiveling hips ;)

slowly getting back to work

going nuts

a fuzzy, bold visitor is stealing nuts from my terrace lately, while leaving a little mess.
The basket was full with hazelnuts, now it´s almost empty.

I had to become an official citizen of Nowhereisland too


after watching the fantastic video, these children of a Primary School had made
about artist Alex Hartleys project
