a tutorial

how to take great pictures of your creations:

1. watch out for a dark corner in your room
2. choose a structured background (tiles are perfect)
3. bring your creation/product/object into the right position by using the furniture around you (variations in height you can best aquire by stacking: chairs etc.)
4. avoid using the white fader function of your camera
5. go for it and enjoy the result

quiet weekend... today we´ve been to the flea market in town, but I didn´t find something I needed to have (which is good), although I was thinking about taking home one of these enamel buckets. Finally I didn´t.

I found lots of great papers, some of them in misterious shapes, in the waste paper container in front of our studio. I guess that means I should make some new collages :) Wishing you all a joyful weekend!

to all who dropped by yesterday, sent emails or commented on this and Bogis Blog. Your good wishes were heared and we had an incredible day! We hoped for many visitors but never expected so many to come. It was great! Sorry, if our conversations were probably not that fluent and often interrupted :) But anyway, we hope you had as much fun as we did.

Special thanks to Elisa and Paul who came all the way from the Netherlands, it was so nice to meet you again. Also meeting people for the first time, like Nicola from nicoletter who took the train from Frankfurt, Christine the head behind Putiton and Anne who recently moved around the corner, was just thrilling.
