which one, what do you think?

I´d like to give Spoonflower a try and have some of my designs printed on fabric.

Can´t decide which pattern I like better. Needs some imagination to visualize this pic showing one yard of fabric, or 91,44 cm

I think both patterns would be nice for pillows or bags, etc.

Please help, what´s your favorite? Thank you!

hallo,

I like the first one best. It would be great as oilcloth too.

International verständlicher: I like the first one better, too!

I prefer the first one, but I guess it depends on what the fabric will be used for. Or are you planning to sell the fabric itself?

Herzensart + Spoonflower sound like a waterproof idea. :)
If I have to choose I would pick the second one. :))

danke & thank you Bianca, Lappesola,
Elke & Elke :)

@second Elke: haven´t yet decided about selling the fabric or not.

I would take the first one, the other one's great too, but a little too busy, I think.

I prefer the first one. Seems more delicate :)

I would have to say both, and oil clothe would be amazing as I could see my son/boys wearing it as a rain coat...and then I would go with neither if you aren't selling the fabric... but oh you could do a viking fabric series as well there just isn't a lot of fabulous(oh and your fabric would be!) for boys come go for it!

Hallo Sandra!

I prefer the first one, but second one could also fit ok.
Lovely patterns.

I like the first one best. Second is also nice but the first pattern is more delicate. The second might seem a bit restless I think.

I think the first one is far better. I agree that the second is way too busy -- too much of a good thing, you know? :)

I just LOVE your things. LOVE!

they both are great but I prefer the first one! I find it "sober".

I like the first one, too!

I think a third option in-between would be good. The first one seems to spaced out and the second very busy.

the top one! Love the small print

I love all the white space on the first one, but I think once it gets cut up for bags or pillows, the bottom one will have a stronger look. Elke's right too, that lots of white will be more difficult to keep clean.

The first one pleases me most, but personaly I would enlarge just one dragonship (?) a bit to make it a little more irregular, in a pillow or a bag f.e. this will be an eyecatcher, gives some perspective too..
But, please, follow your own intuition, you are an amazing artist :-)

I like both - but the first one is my favorite. Also thanks much, the viking stamp arrived today. I love it. Time to get out the ink pads. . .
