Isn't it just miracle?!It's always so exciting to witness those little plants growing...
My tip: Try watercress seeds once! You can just leave the seeds on moist cotton pads (like the ones you use to remove make-up) and after a few days the seeds open and the plants start growing.
The fun thing about this(other than the fact that watercress is just delicious), is that, growing this way, you can witness every step of the miracle! (Just don't forget watering you cotton-pad-garden) :)
