café au lait and books...

...2 brilliant inventions and energy boosters in the morning

yesterdays learning: a smooth froth depends on the milk you use. You always should take full fat (3,5%) milk. You see we even share useful hints and tips here ;)

I need a "Good Morning" Yogi Tea... For years I had needed orange juice, but now only that delightfull tea can make me open my eyes and be a bit less grouchy. I'm not a "morning person"...

Actually nothing. I love mornings and it is not difficult for me to wake up. :) Though, I always have breakfast as soon as I wake up...

coffee. with some coffee on the side. and oh how I wish it were frothy like yours, but I'll just take non-frothy but it needs to have some legs. :-)

Moin,

Mmmm, Cafe au Lait, at Cafe du Monde with beignets, at 3AM on a Sunday morn, memories of my youth.

I was in a cafe yesterday that actually refuses to make coffee with skinny milk.

An idea that had me both laughing out loud and nodding with approval.

Always full cream. Always. The coffee needs the fat to melt into.

I'm Very Particular like that.
